Ready-to-ship rugs are dispatched within 2–4 business days with free pan-India delivery on orders above ₹5,000. Custom and made-to-order rugs typically take 2–4 weeks to craft.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day free returns on ready-made rugs. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a free return or exchange. Custom/made-to-order rugs are non-returnable unless damaged.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

We photograph every rug in natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each piece. Contact us for a fabric/colour reference before ordering a custom rug.
