Underfoot Solutions Private Limited runs this website. On the site, “we”, “us” and the pronoun our refer to Rug Store. This website, along with all of the information and services provided by this site are made available to you (the user) upon your conditional acceptance of these terms.
If you visit our site and view its contents, or if purchase any service from us (recto.), then on that basis alone you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. This Terms of Use document is applicable to any and all users on the site, regardless whether they be browsers, vendors, customers or merchants at large as well as contributors.

By using the website you agree to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not, then don’t bother! These Terms and conditions are only accepted to the extent that they constitute an offer.

Online Store Terms
Please note that when an order is ready in the warehouse, we cannot accept cancellations. We suggest that you carefully check your selection before placing an order.
Our products correspond one-to-one to the descriptions and images provided. Because of the diverse manufacturing and display characteristics exhibited by adjustable computer screens this can lead to differing impressions which certain users might have about particular colors, fabrics or designs delivered.
For all Made-to-Order/Back-Order products, the estimated shipping time is about 3 to 4 weeks due to customization and production Although we do everything possible to ensure the most accurate depictions of products, there may be slight variations in rugs.
Orders may not be processed in the following cases:
1. Website items often unavailable.
2. Failure to obtain payment authorization.
Purchased orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified by customer. Prices on the website are given in Rupees (for Indian customers only), USD, AED and exclude delivery charges. Freight charges, custom duties, taxes and levies are extra handling costs that international buyers have to accept responsibility for.
However, no two promotions can be combined.
Cancellations
You can submit an order change or cancellation request any time before the order is processed. The bad news is that orders are not cancellable after they’re in our warehouse.
