General

Subject to stock availability. We are always very strict and careful about product stock quantities on our website, but occasionally there may be a mistake so that we can’t fill all your items when you make an order. This time, we will deliver to you the products that are in stock and inform your of whether or not you would like us first to get more back from our supplier.

Warranty Returns

If a claim is made within seven days of receiving the items, Rug Store will gladly honor any valid warranty claims.
After you return items and request a warranty claim, Rug store will process your warranty application in one to three days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Refund in store credit.
(b) A replacement sent to you at the first available time (when stock is ready)

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

Generally speaking, domestic shipments stopover for 7-10 business days. These either differ by product order, or are custom made.

Transit Time Internationally

In general, foreign orders take two to three weeks by ship. Of course, this differs greatly according to the courier. This estimate can be made more precise after the order is completed.

Dispatch Time

The warehouse will be open Monday through Friday, and closed on national holidays. In these cases, we try hard to prevent delays in shipment from becoming excessive.

Change Of Delivery Address

As for change of delivery address, we can do that any time up until the order is delivered.

P.O. Box Shipping

Postal services will be the only means of delivering Rug Store to P.O box addresses. These are countries to which we cannot provide any courier services.

Items Out Of Stock

We only cancel and refund the out-of-stock items, dispatching all others in an order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Should delivery time be longer than predicted, please let us know and we will make an investigation for you.

Tracking Notifications

After dispatch, the customer will be sent a tracking link that he or she can use to access information about their shipment’s progress according to its most recent updates.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

But if you discover that a parcel is damaged, if conditions permit reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. Should the parcel be delivered, please notify customer service for follow-up.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
