The Customisation Process
Step 1 — Share your requirements. Tell us your desired size, shape, material, colour, and design via email at support@rugstore.in.
Step 2 — Design concept & quote. Our team prepares a design preview and production quote within 2–3 business days.
Step 3 — Approve & confirm. Once happy with the design and quote, confirm your order with a 50% advance.
Step 4 — Production & delivery. Your rug is handcrafted over 10–20 days and shipped to your door with full tracking.
