We offer 30-day free returns on ready-made rugs. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a free return or exchange. Custom/made-to-order rugs are non-returnable unless damaged.

How do I choose the right rug size for my room?

As a guide, a living-room rug should sit under the front legs of your sofa, and a bedroom rug should extend 45–60 cm beyond the sides of the bed. Our size guide on each product page helps you pick the perfect fit.
