How long does shipping to the UK take?

We ship to all UK postcodes via DHL Express. Delivery takes 8–12 business days from dispatch. We provide full DHL tracking the next business day after your order is shipped.

Do I pay import duty or VAT on rugs shipped to the UK?

Post-Brexit, orders above £135 are subject to UK import VAT at 20% and, for some goods, customs duty. Hand-tufted rugs (HS 5703) have a UK tariff rate of 0% on goods of Indian origin under the UK–India trade terms. Import VAT of 20% applies on the goods value for orders above £135. We work with DHL to handle all customs documentation and can arrange Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping so there are no surprises at the door.

What payment methods are accepted for UK orders?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal — all charged in GBP. No foreign transaction fees. Switch to GBP prices using the currency selector on any page.

Can I return a rug from the UK?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. For UK returns, we can arrange a DHL collection from your address. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
