Refund & Return
Our refund and return policy cover a period of 7 days from the day your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to say that no full refund or exchange will be possible. Your item must be unused & unmolested, in original condition and packaging. In order to start the return process, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Policy for Indian Customers
Refunds:
After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email of whether or not the refund was approved. If this is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 days.Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received refund, please check your bank account and contact credit card company. Processing times may differ, and if problems arise contact your bank. For additional help, send us an email at (support@rugstore.in).
Sale Items:
Refunds are only given on regular-priced items, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
Only in the event of defects or damage do we substitute items. If you want to exchange, please contact us at (support@rugstore.in).
Shipping Returns:
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping fee will be subtracted. It also depends on your location how long it takes for an exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping expensive items, consider using a trackable service or take out insurance. For returned items, we do not promise their receipt.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
No refunds will be given if:
– The customer gives a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
– Our shipping agency has made three unsuccessful attempts.
– The package is rejected by the recipient.

Return Policy for International Customers
Eligible Return for Order:
– Items must be unused and in the same condition received.
– Original packaging must be included.
Non-Eligible Return for Order:
– No returns for sale items.
– In case of defects or damage, we only replace items.
Return Shipping Cost:
International orders incur a return shipping fee.
Order Return Date:
The return date will be reckoned from the day you receive your order.

General Terms and Conditions

Before a sale, any products purchased cannot be exchanged during the sales period.
Those bought online can’t be returned or exchanged in-store, and vice versa.
– No refunds if customer gives incorrect or incomplete shipping and contact details.
– If our shipping agency has failed 3 times to deliver, no refunds.
– If the package is not accepted by the recipient, no refund will be made.
– For International shipments, no refund if the recipient refuses to pay Duty as required by each respective country or fails to collect order from Shipping agency.
Before signing off that the package received is in a good condition and has not been tampered with, please examine it carefully.
In the event of a Damaged Package:
– Preserve the original packaging–including price tags, invoices and labels. And leave them all intact until our team takes a look.– When you receive a delivery and sign off, write in “Received Damaged” on the receipt.
