• Vacuum regularly on low suction without a rotating beater bar to lift dust and keep fibres fresh.
• Rotate your rug every few months so it wears and fades evenly across the surface.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — always blot, never rub, to avoid spreading the stain.
• Use a quality rug pad underneath to prevent slipping, reduce wear and add cushioning.
• Keep the rug out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent the colours from fading over time.
• For deep cleaning or stubborn stains, consult a professional rug cleaner rather than machine washing.
